We will replace defective discs. Buyers are responsible to return the defective discs back to us within 14 days from the date of received by contact us with your invoice/order number along with a description of the items that you wish to return, to obtain an authorization for the return. We will test the discs and forward them to supplier for exchange. From our experiences, most of the skippings are due to dirty head in the player or dirty discs. Try to clean the DVD player and the discs well to see if the problem can be fixed.
RETURN & REFUND
The goods should be returned in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. LunarDVD.com will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 3 days after the confirmation.
Shipping cost shall be borne by the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
